Drink$ is community-powered. People like you share the specials they spot, venue owners post their own, and we check venue websites regularly to fill the gaps.
If something looks out of date, open the special and tap Suggest a correction, or open the venue's More Options (⋮) menu and choose Report an Issue. We'll take a look and fix it.
Open the Map tab and tap any pin to see that venue's specials, prices, and times. For a list of everything on today, open the Schedule tab — tap Tonight, or use the arrows at the top to pick another day. To see only what's on right now, tap Filters on the map and turn on Happening now.
A range like $3.00–$9.00 means the price varies with what you order. Up to $8.00 is the most you'd pay. From $20.00 is the starting price, so some options cost more.
Some deals show a label instead: 50% OFF or $2.00 OFF takes that much off, BOGO means buy one, get one free, FREE means just that, FREE W/ PURCHASE means you get something free when you buy something else, and $8.00 COMBO is one price for a bundle.
On the Map, tap Filters and turn on Happening now to show only venues with a special that's live at this moment. The Schedule tab also shows how many are live right now, and lets you plan ahead by day.
On the Schedule tab, tap the search icon and try “happy hour” — matching specials are marked Happy Hour. On the Map, tap Filters and turn on Happening now to see which spots have a deal live right now.
Yes, once you're signed in. Open a venue, tap More Options (⋮), choose Happy Hour Reminder, and pick how long before it starts — 15 or 30 minutes, or 1 or 2 hours. We'll send you a notification.
To see or remove your reminders, go to Settings → Notification Preferences → Happy Hour Reminders.
In Settings → Venue Search Radius, choose 15, 30, 60, or 90 miles (or kilometers, depending on your Distance Format). This sets how far the app looks for venues around you.
Yes. Tap the star at the top of a venue's page to favorite it, or the heart on a special to save that. To see just your favorite venues on the map, tap Filters and choose Favorites.
We can also tell you when your favorites post new specials or drinks — turn that on in Settings → Notification Preferences.
Drink$ is community-powered and growing city by city, so some areas don't have venues yet. Check that location is on, or tap the location chip at the top of the map to browse a different city.
Know a great spot that's missing? Open the menu, choose Submit Info, then Add a Venue and help put your city on the map.
A green verified shield next to a venue's name means it has been claimed and confirmed by its owner or manager, so its listing and specials are kept up to date by the business itself.
Features like Patio, Dog friendly, Wheelchair-accessible entrance or LGBTQ+ friendly appear in the venue's About section. They're set by the venue's owner or our team, or suggested by people who know the place and reviewed before they show up. If a feature isn't listed, nobody has told us yet; it doesn't mean the venue doesn't have it.
Know better? Open the venue, tap More Options (⋮), choose Suggest Venue Info, and change the features there.
Right now shows how busy a venue is, whether there's a line, and the cover, from people's check-ins in about the last 2 hours. Typical prices, in the venue's About section, shows what a drink usually costs, from check-ins that weren't for a special.
Answering is optional: when you check in, tap How is it right now? to share a few things, one tap each. Answers are anonymous. Only the totals are shown, never who said what.
Yes. Open the venue, go to its Details tab and tap Get a Ride, then pick Uber or Lyft. The app opens with the venue already set as your destination, so you can get there (and home) safely.
